What would happen if the world economy would collapse? Together The Domino Effect provides an insight into the effects of this topical theme: the credit crisis. In a painful way it becomes clear that the lives of different people all over the world are connected to each other more than you might suspect at first. The film is a series of stories about what happens when people lose their safety net, especially when identity and feelings of happiness and well-being depend heavily on material status and economic success.
